The lady's name is Usha Patel, a woman of Gujarati origin who was working in Britain.
While travelling on a train, she happened to encounter a Muslim man. As has become common for some people after 2014, the moment they see a Muslim, they seem compelled to start their own version of patriotism.
The same happened here. The moment she saw the man, she allegedly started making abusive remarks like, Go to Pakistan! and Go to Morocco!
The Muslim man, who happened to be a doctor by profession, simply recorded the incident and called the police.
Well, this was Britain not a place where such behaviour earns applause. Instead of cheers, the law stepped in.
The police escorted the lady off the train and she was sent to jail.
Now she's back in Gujarat, enjoying the consequences of the bravery that earned her so much applause.
A Perfect treatment to a Islamophobic lady and lesson to many such mentality People.

A Mumbai man declared annual income of just ₹6.3 lakh.

But one thing caught the Income Tax Department’s attention.

He had paid credit card bills worth ₹27.65 lakh in a single year.

And out of that, ₹13.95 lakh was paid entirely in cash.

🚨That’s where the trouble began.

The department noticed a massive mismatch between his income and spending habits.
Soon, a tax notice landed at his doorstep asking:

“Where did the ₹13 lakh cash come from?”

Because unlike bank transfers, cash payments leave very little audit trail.

The taxpayer replied that the cash was NOT his income.

According to him, the money came as financial help/gifts from close family members:
- Father
- Mother
- Wife

To support his claim, he submitted:
- Affidavits
- Basic financial details of family members
- Explanations for the cash support

But the Income Tax Department wasn’t convinced.

Their argument was simple:
Cash transactions are difficult to verify.

So the department treated the ₹13.95 lakh as “unexplained income” and added it to his taxable income.

The taxpayer then challenged the decision in the Mumbai ITAT (Income Tax Appellate Tribunal).

After reviewing the case, the ITAT made an important observation:

- Family members did have financial capacity
- Gifts from relatives are legally tax-free in India
- Explanation may not have been perfect, but it was reasonable

And finally,

The ITAT ruled in favour of the taxpayer and granted major relief.

A reminder that in tax matters, documentation matters more than intentions.

Even genuine family support can become a legal battle if large cash transactions are involved.

His name was Pradyumn Thakur.

He was 7 years old. Class 2 at Ryan International School in Gurugram, Haryana.

His father dropped him at the school gate at 7:55 am on September 8, 2017. At 8:08 am, he was found outside a washroom with his throat slit. He was rushed to hospital and declared dead on arrival.

The school did not call the police. His parents did.

Haryana Police arrived three and a half hours later.

They noticed blood stains on bus conductor Ashok Kumar. The same clothes he wore while carrying a bleeding 7 year old child to a car.

On September 10, the Police Commissioner held a press conference. He declared Ashok Kumar was the killer. He said Ashok had tried to sexually assault Pradyumn and murdered him.

The Chief Minister of Haryana congratulated the police for solving the case.

The Bar Association of Gurugram passed a resolution refusing to let any lawyer defend Ashok Kumar. The Supreme Court later disciplined them for this.

Pradyumn’s mother said from day one she believed Ashok was being framed.

CBI took over the case.

They found no forensic evidence against Ashok Kumar. No evidence of sexual assault. The gardener who was first at the scene said he saw no blood on Ashok before Ashok helped carry the child. The claimed semen sample did not exist. [Source: CBI chargesheet 2018]

In November 2017, CBI arrested the real accused. A 16 year old student at the same school. CBI said he confessed to killing Pradyumn to get his exams cancelled.

He chose his victim randomly.

In January 2021, CBI charged four Gurugram Police officers with framing Ashok Kumar. Falsifying documents. Torture. Criminal conspiracy. [Source: CBI chargesheet January 2021]

Those four officers have not been convicted.

The Police Commissioner who declared Ashok guilty on television faced no consequences. The Chief Minister who congratulated police faced no consequences.

Pradyumn’s family is still waiting for justice for their son.
