And saying no doesn’t make you uncaring or selfish.
If someone won’t respect your feelings, needs, and boundaries, the problem isn’t you; it’s them.

Ideally we would all know exactly how to treat others and that how our actions, our words and the tone of saying our words can affect people. But unfortunately this is not always happening in real life.

By creating boundaries we can develop healthy relationships and make sure that our disagreements have a foundation of honor and respect. We should never stay in a conversation which is disrespectful and abusive.
In times when someone crosses our boundary, we should lovingly mention it to them, and if they still refuse to respect our boundaries, we have the right to leave physically the confrontation, and stop conversing with them until they are willing to communicate in a respectful way! ❤☀
