this is assuming 100% as $btc collateral in loans, to keep things simple for calculation.

$tcy is distributed at a $20M valuation, so when it moves from $0.1 to $1, the $200M is covered.

Noob question: $200M is based on current prices. If $tcy does 10x but $BTC does 3x in same period, how am I made whole? ( debt rises to $400M ).
