When most people think "addictions" , they think of drugs, which are highly addictive, but there are other things people can be addicted to.
If you're addicted, every day can be a struggle no matter how long you've been clean. Relapses happen.
And that's okay.
It’s really surprising that people are shocked that Gen Z don't enjoy work. Back in the day, work was to let you buy a home, travel and set up a few nice things for yourself. Would you feel the same way about work if it lead to none of the above ??
You know what actually keeps neighborhoods cooler in the summer? TREES. Literally trees. Stop cutting them down for data centers and then acting shocked when our cities turn into ovens. Give us our damn trees back. We don’t need another data center.
It’s 250 years of freedom for white men only.
It’s 106 years of voting freedom for white women.
It’s 72 years of voting freedom for Asian immigrants.
It’s 61 years of voting freedom for Black people.
It’s 51 years of voting rights for Native Peoples, but we all know that’s a farce when their lands were stripped from them and their ways of life were classified illegal.
It’s 10 years of marriage freedom for queer couples.
It’s 0 years of voting freedom for Puerto Ricans.
Not to mention, he thought Mork was his romantic rival for the longest time, so the 180 of omg he likes me not Nan? Like cmon! Give Pee some time. Stop following him. Stop telling him how he feels. Let him figure things out by himself

Rant over, thanks. I will be watching again
On the last ep of Fish Upon the Sky--
Am I the only one who felt like the DueanMeen sideplot carried the show?
I love PondPhuwin, and the show is fun, but nothing could get me to like Mork. I get that Mork was too shy to ask out his crush, but I can't get over how it's handled
And no one holds Mork accountable. Meen is like "Duean, don't treat me like that," and Duean of all people gets character development. While Mork pressures Pee to change when he already doesn't feel good enough
Watching Fish Upon the Sky and I'd really like to watch it from Muang Nan's perspective because from Pee's pov I'm already like what the hell is happening
Just got off the phone with my college roommate.
His daughter was diagnosed with leukemia in January.
He has insurance. Good insurance. The kind you feel safe having.
7 months later:
Savings: wiped out. 401k: cashed early. Penalties and all. House: refinanced to cover the gaps insurance decided weren’t their problem.
He told me he’s not the same person anymore.
Said watching your child fight for her life while simultaneously fighting an insurance company over coverage codes does something to you that doesn’t go away.
They did everything right.
Two incomes. No debt. Responsible their whole lives.
One diagnosis undid all of it in 7 months.
And somewhere a health insurance CEO is getting a $30 million bonus this quarter.
I don’t know how people defend this system with a straight face.
I really don’t.
Guys, you know you have that dawg in you (by dawg I mean autism) when your partner sends you a cute JoongDunk gif, and you respond with "I know exactly which show and scene that's from" and proof
