@WayfairUK Ordered £1000 item Dec 1st. Delivery was delayed to Jan 12th. Didn't turn up. Rang CS 7x who asked did i want a refund or replacement. I said refund. But they re-ordered forl Feb 10th. What? Now account says Feb 28. No-one bothered to tell me. Need a refund now please
