@GMCarabia my frustration is with BOTH you and the dealer. Your team conveys support on Twitter then calls to tell me “8 weeks take it or leave it” no one has called since and don’t let the poor rep with no authority call me. Have someone who can help call

@GMCarabia@GMCarabia this keeps getting better. Now the perfectly good battery in my car is dead because @AljomaihAutoCo leaves the key inside the car with the window open instead instead of a key management system.
@GMCarabia@GMCarabia taking my car back. Going to sell it at auction and buy a car from a manufacturer that’s reasonable when investigating a potential defect that could have been life threatening to its customers. @Ford I’ll give it to you for free if you use it in a marketing campaign

@GMCarabia I guess having someone call me and tel me there is no other option than to wait 8 weeks because is @GMCarabia’s way of “always here for you”. It take you 14 weeks to build the entire car and 8 weeks to remove a device ship it and analyse it. @ford@ToyotaMotorCorp coming your way
@GMCarabia Took 1 week to tell me it will take 8 weeks to investigate random air bag deployment. Are you sending the data by carrier pigeon? That’s unacceptable. I’d rather sell the car as is and go to @ToyotaMotorCorp or @Ford
