As Canada invites (or poaches) healthcare workers from other countries, I think it's only ethical to inform them of the possibility of never practicing in their professional fields. These people should be notified that they might end up as retail, factory, and/or uber workers.

More nurses are quitting their full time jobs (with benefits, pension, stability) to work for private nursing agencies (without benefits, pension, stability). The trend has gotten worse & unfortunately, there are no measures in place to RETAIN nurses within the public system.
