most SVS products don’t need toning but it should definitely be a requirement for PDS or E upgrades in particular

something that’s always rubbed me wrong is that at most offices SVS products aren’t toned no matter the criteria, which is kinda crazy because if a normal TOR is upgraded to a PDS TOR people on tv or am/fm radio just won’t know it’s a PDS (unless they’re on a news station)
