@StrongIndigeno1 @jdmiles11 The defense is going for manslaughter under imperfect self defense. The victim laid hands on the defendant first, the defendant had the right to respond with equal force. The defense wants the jury to believe the defendant just overreacted, which might get him manslaughter.
