While I do agree that using "they" in a situation like that is causing confusion I would argue that using context clues and reasonable thinking can lead us to a potentially more difinitive answer.
In your example where you are directly agreeing with me saying someone is wrong you are -- like you stated -- directly interacting with me, so then yes I would asume you saying "you are correct" would mean I am correct in saying someone else was wrong. This is where context comes in.
This persons comment clearly shows they understand how rounding works which means they must also know that OP is correct. And even though they made a reply on the post doesn't automatically mean it is directly directed at the OP (if you look at the replies most of them are actually directed at the others in the comments or just openly to everyone).
With this in mind the "You round..." parts to me reads the same as "one should always round..." which sounds like a general comment to everyone (especially considering how many people in the comments seem ignorant to how math works) instead of a direct reply to OP. With that in mind the second sentence reads as "so the answer they/OP show here should be flagged as correct by the test"

Maybe by doing exactly what you say, fixing the problems. Evidence is not the problem here, they KNOW they are there. Shaming and putting them in more trouble than they already are in is not helping them or anyone else. Maybe take a couple seconds to think about why they are in that situation in the first place. For all we know they could have been victims of economical problems or had problems with household registration (hukou).
There is a reason why in multiple countries today (like Norway, Sweden and France) we follow what is known as the Nordic model, where selling is legal but buying is illegal. Because for a vast majority of these people it's not a choice but a necessity for surviving
