@msjulie_2001 @Kessler7Barbie @tamrajudgeOC I need to try this. Was very sick@past few years and stuck homebound and sadly couchbound most days. Gained 70 pounds and extremely depressed about it. I’ll try to anything around this point. I can’t do cardio yet though until a surgery I need is done but lost health ins. 🙄
