After over 2 months of me trying to deal with @Airbnb for a fraudulent charge which they refused to refund, just kept saying that I must have given my card to someone else, and after I had to cancel my card and get a new one.

Need advice. Someone used my credit card @Airbnb and charged $3254 and @Airbnb is doing nothing about it. They won’t give me a refund saying I gave my credit card to a friend or family. No way would I do that. I filed fraud report with my bank and police. What else can I do?
