That would make it 29 of 32 NHL markets. That’s pretty far down on the list. I hope to see the league expand, but time will only tell if they can thrive

I don’t think anyone doubts SLC can house a team but year after year to fill majority of those seats can be a big ask. Twin Cities boasts about a million more people but you shouldn’t look past the fact it is known as “the state of hockey”.
