@BadMammaJamma18 I do not ever recall hearing or learning about any type of crime like this. If you do light a candle in a car, make sure it smells good. However, without research I could be wrong. Although it may be legal, probably not a good idea.

Juvenile Arrest - Armed Robbery Incidents
On 2/7/23, a male juvenile, age 14, was arrested by Normal PD after a lengthly investigation into two separate armed robbery incidents.

Normal PD completed our investigation which was reviewed by the McLean County State’s Attorney’s Office.
The juvenile was arrested and was detained at the McLean County Juvenile Detention Facility.
