This time of year only herbs and flowers and a few peppers. I start off all my fruits and veggies in there early spring then transplant them outside. We live in TN- you can grow just about anything here. The real trick is keeping the deer away. 😂
What’s your favorite time of year to star gaze?
@TheMindfulVoice Thank you, Lynn! I love that you use third-eye focus with your students. It's such a simple anchor when the mind won't settle. Imagine where the world would be if we were all taught this at a younger age. 🤍
@ASTARA4D My greenhouse!! It’s my happy place! I’m not even good at growing things! 😂 but bare feet in the grass, the quiet (when the geese aren’t harassing me), the humming birds zipping by in the evening… no place I’d rather be. 💚 You?
This song still hits as hard as the first time I heard it. Finding our inner power… so relatable. 🎶 Jericho by @1N1KO
Has anyone else always dreamt of flying? Like it was a reality we lived once before?
@maximumpain333 Heart intelligence doesn’t get enough credit. Some of the truest things I’ve ever known arrived as a feeling long before I could explain them.
Honestly, this page 😅 I'm letting it grow without knowing exactly what it's becoming yet.
And work… I know what I'm capable of, and I've worked in executive roles before, but I'm taking it slow for now. I'm learning who I am outside of my job and being the best person and best mom I can be.
The in-between is where the good stuff forms. 🤍
catching myself worrying and switching to picturing the best outcome for them instead… that one shift changes everything 🤍
I actually just sent this to my mom and sister 😂
being a creator is one of the most diminished concepts they've hidden from us. we are powerful beings… and our thoughts create reality.
@TheMindfulVoice yes! that bottom of the breath part is where everything lets go 🤍
and when I'm not in stress mode and want to go deeper in meditation, I hold at the top and add a root lock so the pressure builds and draws up to the pineal. third eye buzz every time

Kegel Exercises
According to the Taoist masters, this exercise builds up the pelvic floor muscles and draws the energy to the pineal gland.
In Yoga this exercise is known as Mula bandha. It is part of pranayama breathing exercises and it is performed to control the flow of prana.
@ASTARA4D honestly the need to have it all figured out 🤍
kind of why I made this page… I want others to know it's ok if they don't have it all figured out.
this is the human experience.
what about you?
