@iqrafatma1278 I also take into consideration. How busy were they. How many tables. Any big parties. Etc. I have left 50 on a 40 bill before. Service was excellent. They had a big party plus three other tables. And it was Christmas.

@iqrafatma1278 I can tell who put themselves through college waiting tables and who didn’t. People don’t understand the work and the running these wait staff do. Besides the work on the line. I tip based on service. I have only left no tip once and it was bad. Otherwise I start at 20 percen
