@EDI_Airport you really need to get your act together, baggage system needs sorted . Flight landed 1 and a half hours ago still no bags. The flight was only an hour !! No surprise no staff about either, what is going on, not a good impression for visitors!!!!

@DHLParcelUK very poor service, parcel returned with no details, tried to call to get details, put on hold for 20mins and then cut over!! £45 out of pocket can you please contact me, can’t speak to some one on your telephone system, it just goes silent after postcode input!!
