I noticed one of our traders was doing extremely well on funded accounts but he was consistently withdrawing on a smaller 5K account

I reached out to him for a quick chat to see why he had not scaled up his account sizing and he said

“It’s a mindset thing for me, I can trade 5K but am not emotionally ready for larger account sizes yet. I will get there one day”

We chatted for about 20 minutes and I learned a lot about the stresses it can be seeing the larger numbers when you aernt used to it

Everyone is different so stick to what works for you!
