As we prepare to gather with loved ones, please note that our offices will be closed November 27 & 28.

Attn: Customers in villages & towns served by Norris—If the part of your electric service that’s attached to your house is damaged, you are responsible for repairs. You’ll need to hire a licensed electrician to fix it before we can restore power.

Our crews will be working into the night across all District counties affected by outages. Additional mutual aid has arrived helping us get power to you faster.

However, we encourage anyone still without power to make necessary accommodations to be without service overnight,

UPDATE: An entire team, around 70 employees, is working to repair and restore power, including mutual aid support from @southernppd & Butler PPD
