1.Connector (Sponsor) - well established and respected in their field
2.Accountability Master (Advocate) - holds you to your tasks and provides honest constructive criticism
3.Shoulder to Cry On (Supporter) - shoulder to lean on and provides “pick-me-up when needed
4.Dreamer - thinks “big” and believes in you and motivates to accomplish stretch goals
5.Mentor - pushes you to be your best
Remember, the purpose of the personal board of directors is to help individuals achieve their goals, provide feedback/guidance, hold them accountable, share perspectives and navigate challenging situations. As always, you still need to do the work!
