@Norton They havnt tried to support. They have run in circles asking the same questions. Refusing to stop charging me when it’s clear you have no right. It’s enabling fraud. They also won’t provide any information or answer any questions. It’s an utter disgrace.

@Norton Your team has taken over 12 hours to come up with one idea which isn’t just to charge me for ever. It’s a terrible customer service so far and I have no idea why you were ever charging me without permission.

@Norton hi. I am wondering how to request a refund. I am unsure why I have been billed. I havnt owned a laptop for about five years. I can’t see any invoice on any email address and have no idea how to log in as I don’t have an account. Sadly your support page loops

@BandQ Don’t order from them. They sold me an item they didn’t have before blaming the supplier and refusing to call me back or honour promises made. Then will take 14 days to pay me back. Meaning they have my cash for nearly a month. Bet they make a lot doing that.
@BandQ You took my money for a washing machine you don’t have. Refuse to deliver it in the 14 days you promised - instead three months. And now you ignore me. You won’t call back. And you kept my money. Can your project be to provide customer service

So @bandq_help day 8 of trying to resolve a simple query. Finally a call back. Resolved nothing. You sold me an item you didn’t have on a delivery date you couldn’t make but your only advice is to take a much worse product at more money. The worst customer service ever.
Has anyone on x dealt with @bandq_help before? Is there a way to actually get your issues addressed? It’s the worst service I’ve ever known. There must be a way to speak to somebody who can deal with things. Four hours of calls and nothing useful.
