1/2)Well it’s official. Weather Modifcation in Ward county is abolished! Amazing after 50 years the bureaucrats were sent packing by a huge margin. Good to know 3/5 of county commissioners were out of touch on this! If they couldn’t see this coming think of what they miss!

It’s funny to think they took tax payer money all those years to prop up a program that got slaughtered 9-1 in a vote. I’m sure Shelly weppler would have an excuse though. She is always wrong after all and this is just another perfect example.

It’s a given they will do their best to wreck it and claim they are helping us and making it rain more when the data surely doesn’t show that. Why else would ward county vote it out 9-1. @DougBurgum halt the NDCMP.

Ward county voted 9-1 to end weather modifcation yet mountrail county thinks it can seed every storm right to our line even though that is giving us weather modifcation. This needs to and should stop. It would lessen flight hours which according to bureaucrats is sacred.

4/4 mountrail county would have around 30% more money I’m guessing if they didn’t spend all this time seeding clouds exiting their county. It shows how program is wanting flight hours to Pad pockets of WMI while disrespecting vote and efficient use of taxpayer money.

1/4)Further proof the NDCMP is about flight hours not spending tax payer money efficiently or following downstream property rights. Here they are seeding again close to ward county line. It takes 20-30 minutes minimum for seeding to take effect.

3/4If I were from mountrail county I’d wander why they seed clouds that do not affect its county? Mountrail county pays for seeding in mountrail not for down wind counties to get supposed benefit. County commission needs to remember that when they request more money in August.

If I were in cloud seeding program I’d ask local weatherboard why do they seed within 5-10 minutes of storm leaving seeding county? It’s because it’s about the program not results. 3 planes hammering a cloud that will be in ward county in less than 10 minutes. End it everywhere!

Just this morning. As the pilot said on the Facebook page “every storm we seeded was smaller when it left county than when we started seeding it”. End the program!

@DJAngier Ward County ND was the longest continuous ran hail suppression project in the world. It was just put to a vote to continue and it was ended by a 9-1 margin!
