Our friend Melody showed up in 1st grade music today! Shh! She’s very shy, doesn’t like loud noises, loves when kids sing solos and lets those who are gentle hold her! Great job today, Levi!

This cat is our first recipient of the KINDNESS BADGE! He found $11 on the floor and turned it in and now that child who lost it will get to buy the books he wanted from the book fair!

This kiddo had a solo in front of the class today!! We sang a song about carmel apples, made some apple pie rhythms on the board and magically turned them into music notes. Then we played our rhythms on instruments. #secondgrademusic

Had a wonderful first visit from @FioreLindsay today giving me the opportunity to work one-on-one with kiddos! They were mesmerized by the guitar! #music #guitar #kindergarten

Future choir members! 5th grade boys sang out today!! We had such a fun class talking about alto/soprano voices, the make changing male voice, tone quality, breath control, sang a round and even listened to the Pentatonix for inspiration!
