I visited her in the hospital yesterday. She looked small in that big bed. 'I didn't order a pizza today,' she said, looking worried. 'It's on the house,' I told her, placing a small box on her tray table. I’m not a doctor. I’m just a guy who delivers pizza. But sometimes, paying attention to the small routine things—like a porch light being off—is the only superhero power you need.
