@MartinSLewis Respectful stance. If they are working then why are they poor? Maybe the gov. needs to employ someone who has a little more empathic mastery over poverty economics.
@AceOfDigBiz @DonaldJTrumpJr@libsoftiktok Since you make the clear assertion the pages have been ‘photoshopped’ then prove it, how, who did it, when and where. Proof is truth. Your claims without evidence is tantamount to covering up a lie with another lie. Everyone has been lied to for long enough. Enough is enough.
@No1Lounges Yes I have! 100’s of times. But you are way behind by not getting Dragon Pass access at Luton!!! Come on No 1 or ‘someone’ will fund another lounge and do it above you!
@OliverJAsh@unsplash@imgix 15.16.1. Clicking on any image says “Somethings broken. Unsplash is temporarily unavailable” (leads people to believe you are unavailable and the site’s broken - maybe move the tiny ‘status’ words at top right corner the central message? We used Firefox - no issues at all.
@OliverJAsh@unsplash@imgix Thank you for replying. Many never do. Thus your reply is a points plus. Safari does not yet support AVIF on older Mac versions. Some cannot update because it makes vital apps useless.
@OliverJAsh@HenriHelvetica@unsplash@imgix Bit like Oppenheimer flipping the switch? (Love to see the web traffic on your site since the day you flipped that switch. I bet we’ll never know). Been using your site since day one. This was like a door slammed in our face. 🙈
@OliverJAsh@unsplash@imgix Mac Safari had no idea what was happening. (Mac’s biggest user base) yet all your page said was “something’s broken” for weeks with no solution. Did you not test this or pre-announce? AVIF has caused a train wreck trying to fix something that ain’t broken.
@KieranMcGuire A huge 👏🏼 to that, Kieran. Forcing people to do a cashier’s job with no reflected reduction on pricing while there are people seeking jobs is a travesty. We, as a production company, have been looking at a series of new documentaries on this area.
@GordonRMorris @davidjthunder@ChrisGPackham@Channel4 While we are all patently aware of ‘climate change,’ it is a misnomer in itself, since climates are cyclic and need to change to balance the ecosphere, but the planet is kicking back because the govs keep upsetting the natural balance.
@JuliaHB1 To engage with one of the most powerful countries in the world would cost us dear in increased tax for defence spending (not forgetting sky high gas prices we are struggling with) it could cost many lives if we are dragged into a war with Russia. We need peace talks not war.
