‘Ben’ the 2.5-year-old cat was feeling a bit under the weather (not eating and had become dehydrated) so was hospitalized with IV fluids and medications. He was the calmest and sweetest boy for all of his procedures here at the clinic! 💙🐈 #NorthPeace #YXJ #FortStJohn #VetCare

'Sully' the Kangal was in recently for a laceration on his paw. Thankfully, he was able to be treated with bandaging and meds. Sully thoroughly enjoyed his time at the clinic and was sure to convince our vet assistant Naomi to join in on some cuddles! 💙 #YXJ #FortStJohn #VetCare

🐷 ‘Chunk’ the 13-week-old piglet was in recently for a neuter surgery and hoof trim with Dr. Perry Spitzer. Here he is waking up from his surgery (and already ready for a snack 😋) and snuggling with one of his surgical technicians, Destiny!

Traditional stethoscopes have earpieces that go in the ear to transmit the heart and lung sounds from patients like little 'Daisy' the pug. Dr. North wears hearing aids, so she uses an electronic stethoscope with headphones to hear those same sounds clearly. 🦻 #VetCare #YXJ #FSJ

'Xerxes' was in recently after he had been depressed and drooling. Dr. Perry Spitzer gave Xerxes some sedation for a thorough oral exam. On oral exam, Dr. Spitzer found a piece of stick wedged at the back of Xerxes' mouth, the source of his drooling issue!🐴#VetMed #Equine #YXJ
