It was all hands on deck at 3rd Upton today. TRH The Prince and Princess of Wales with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis volunteered for #TheBigHelpOut. They lent a hand and got involved with all sorts of building work at the group's meeting place.

Remember to make sure young people are staying hydrated. Encourage them to bring along a water bottle to all activities, provide drinks if you can and allow time for short drink breaks throughout.

Make sure there’s shady areas around to give everyone a space to cool down.
