The suite was officially opened by medical director Deepak Dwarakanath: “Our new unit is brilliant – the ability to train in these basic skills will allow the young doctors and practitioners to develop into the highly skilled professionals of the future."

Yesterday marked the grand opening of our new North Tees Surgical Training Suite.

Spearheaded by clinical director of general surgery Anil Agarwal and surgical registrar Alex McCulla, the suite boasts state-of-the-art facilities to develop trainee surgeons’ skills.
