@ddhitchens Its obvious you fix foundations first to eliminate possible coercion through cuts abd resources the fundamental change in role your doctor who under the act was not allowed to bring up alternatives posdible support and mental health support will still exist

@draevans Ironically the people opposed to assusted suicide have a much more nuanced view we recognise the fundamental flaws in the NHS and sicisl xate boyh in crisis alongside sporadic funding for hospice/end of life services all need fixing. A Royal commission of death n dying is needed

@sophieRblake The fact there is jo tight of families to get an unquestionably, the facts that that medics cannot discuss alternatives, assusted suicide prevention strategies, the circumstances people disabled are living in can be a contributory factor if they have less n less social care etc
