Laascaanood – 19 November 2025:
The President of the North-Eastern State of Somalia, H.E. Cabdiqaadir Axmed Aw Cali, received at the Presidential Palace Mr. Antoine Grand, Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Somalia, along with a delegation he led.

The meeting focused on advancing humanitarian initiatives and strengthening cooperation between the North-Eastern State Government and the ICRC.
