@Blyth_Spartans What is this value you have added? Getting rid of volunteers and replacing them with paid employees/ security is not adding value. Volunteers are FREE. Employees COST MONEY.

Previous chairman ran up £700,000 in 25 years (c£28k a year) but yet you’ve ran up £67k in 5 months.
