Taxi intercepted in Abim. About 21 passengers were in transit. Transport fare at 40k for each passenger from Abim to Lira. On a normal day the cost would be 10k. On top of violating COVID-19 SOPs and traffic guidelines, passengers are charged ×3 the normal cost.
