@FunSoph Labour should remove the whip from them, but won’t, as Corbyn is the only person who wants brexit as badly as Johnson. (Ok maybe Seumas too). JC’s core beliefs are written through him like a stick of rock, and haven’t changed in 50 years. They’ve always been in plain sight.

@odlinz @IanDunt Well, be fair, it is new, as Lord Sumption said on Today this morning. Point is, the SC is entitled to, and does, make new law. Otherwise we’d be fossilised not flexible.

Point is they only had to do it bks the government failed to obey a constitutional convention re proroguing.
