Howard played and won a Hobey Baker in a tougher NCAA and went over a point a game in the 2nd best league in the world. There is no evidence that SOR will be any quicker to the league until he plays against tough comp.

@TheCrazyCam_ @Bob_Stauffer One played againt men this year and had 50 pts in 47 games. The other is 20 playing against 16-18 year olds and was just over a point per game. O’Reilly will need at least a year in the AHL. What needs to be justified?

@jimmathesonnhl Howard also had a solid season in the AHL. O’Reilly is 20 in a watered down junior league with too many teams and has lost it’s high-end talent to the NCAA.
