The Year 7 and 8/9 boys XC teams finished in 1st place. Whilst both girls teams were runners up in their respective age groups. A huge well done to Maddox, Bryan, Cole, Charlie, Cameron, Isaac, James, George and Sophia who all qualified to run in the schools Finals in January🏅
This week 4 teams of students competed in the Mid Norfolk Area Cross Country Championships against four other schools. The weather was perfect and all of the runners did Northgate proud. Well done to all who competed .

The Year 8 boys have started the year with a number of really good performances against Wayland and Attleborough only narrowly losing on both occasions. Another good showing in the County cup against Acle ended 3-3 only to miss out on penalties .
The Year 7 boys continued their positive start to the season with a win over Attleborough last week. Goals from Bailey, Bryan (2) saw them beat a strong Attleborough side.
The year 10 team are runners up of the South Norfolk league after an extremely close game against Iceni. Just one rounder separated the two sides, all coming down the last two balls of the game! Well played girls ⚾️

A big week of sport. Final round of football games v Neatherd. Loses for the Y8’s and 10’s but convincing win for the Y11 ‘s putting them into the South Norfolk League Finals this week. The Y8’s also took part in the NCC indoor Cricket festival @ the UEA. Bring in the summer
