Third part: @lufthansa has a deal with a hotel with the smallest shuttle ever, and with tons of people waiting means I missed the thing (it's whoever is lucky here) x2. I'm thirsty, having a bad time, losing work (this was a work trip), and I'm unsure if even my luggage is around

@lufthansa unbelievable how bad your service is. Got rebooked twice, out and now back. Have to stay over in Frankfurt. Little help to get to the hotel (voucher), nor refreshments for the wait. Shuttle to the hotel comes every hour but they are so small that I missed two (full).

After finding the service desk, they book a hotel with dinner. They vaguely tell me where the shuttle is. No one guides you and despite English being used in signs, Frankfurt Airport is terrible at this (multiple areas numbered the same way). Took me a while.
