@SpartanRob75 My last name is Seale, my entire boot camp in both the Army and then later the Coast Guard I was called Navy.
It's funny how that name transitioned between boot camps years apart.
@ForgottenC1776@0xsachi@ishkabubbles But again at most it's 5lbs. Didn't even think it's enough to notice unless they are bean poles. And if you're using creatine you're most likely going to the gym and want more defined muscles, what little it actually does.
@AllenBobo95@0xsachi@ishkabubbles This is horrible advice.
Creatines whole point is to pull water into your muscles and fuel then. You should drink way more water when taking it. Squeezing that water out on purpose is counter productive to its whole purpose.
And also at most people gain 2-5lbs in muscle hydration
Creatine pulls water into your muscles to keep them fresh and hydrated. It's also amazing for your brain function. There is no "bloat" or excess water weight. The muscles only take on what they need. This is why it's very important to stay hydrated on creatine.
@0xsachi@ishkabubbles When you get off it, the muscles slowly release that water and they "deflate" some.
At most you gain 2-5lbs of muscle water retention.
