An investment bank believes GTA 6 could sell as many as 46 million copies at launch, potentially making it the biggest game release in history.
According to a report from Piper Sandler, the estimate is based on data from previous AAA launches and activity from the reddit r/GTA6 community, which analysts used as a way to measure player interest.
For comparison, GTA 5 sold around 11 million copies in its first 24 hours in 2013.
If those estimates prove accurate, GTA 6 could generate more than $3 billion in revenue at launch alone.
I'm kinda tired of hearing the same thing over and over. Sega as a company could and should have other developers working on ports and remakes so Sonic Team doesn't have to think or worry about it.
People in their basement are making Sonic ports constantly, just pay them.
NEWS: When asked by Klinger which Sonic game he'd remake if he could, Iizuka responded by saying that he'd want to be able to play every single Sonic game on modern platforms, and that if anything was possible and he "could magically do it," he'd want every single Sonic game available. #SonicNews
But the effort it would take to not just port, but remake an old Sonic game is the same it'd take for a brand new title, and he'd prefer to do new experiences. This is in line with his previous answers regarding a Sonic Adventure remake.
@cyntheticss I played it on the Gamecube as my first Spyro game, I remember liking it but I haven't gone back to it in years. Last time I tried it out I didn't see any issues with it.
"If you're gonna shut down games, at least release an offline patch, offer refunds or don't take down fan servers."
These frauds "They want us to keep servers online forever, it's so unfair."
Genuinely, lying so blatantly has to be illegal lmao
ESA (the lobby) just bullshited about the POG Act being "forever server support" again, and this time its their CEO personally :)

@DoesItPlay1 Xbox and PS games CAN function like key cards when you have garbage publishers like Ubisoft/Microsoft and I think they've done it on purpose to make people who don't understand the technology they use think they're the same.
@DoesItPlay1@StopKilingGames Ngl, I'm completely cool with this because people need to learn that buying anything in the cloud is throwing your money into a furnace.
If we want people to be aware of how they're being taken advantage of, we need some people to touch the hot stove.
