i heard a therapist say, ‘your feelings are always valid, your behavior is not.’ she explained by saying feel what you feel but you need to be accountable for what you do as a result of those feelings.
i don't care how talented you are or how much potential you may have, if you can't consistently do things when you don't feel like doing them, you'll never build anything worth having
Ibn Qayyim said:
“If the human knew the pleasure of meeting Allah and being near Him, he would feel grief for being distant from Him.”

CHANGE YOUR PERCEPTION OF LIFE
Focus on your interests. Pursue your passions. Life is great. Waking up excited every day. Early mornings. House music ON. Ambition through the roof. Energetic. Loyal to yourself. Making dreams come true. Life is just a game. You're the main character. Everything is rigged in your favor.
You can't afford to be sad when you're literally a cosmic miracle having an experience on the server called Planet Earth.
Life is about highs and lows.
The law of polarity.
Without the bad, you can't know the good.
Without feeling hatred, you cannot express love.
You choose the frequency you want to operate on:
If you want more drama and chaos - consider life to be something negative, soulless, and unfair.
If you want more alignment and peace - treat life as something positive, full of adventure and truth.
The choice is yours.
Complaining means going against what you've decided your life is.
Choose courage. Take full responsibility for your thoughts. Then come the actions, and watch your wishes come true.
