13. The take away is the Judge ruling that Blake Lively spoke in good faith about her experience of sexual harassment.

Justin Baldoni failed to show any evidence of malice and by launching a frivolous retaliatory lawsuit, he will now be forced to pay her legal costs and fees.

You have no idea how much she has spent on attorney fees. No one does except for her and her attorneys. And damages are still in play, Liman left the door open for her to try to get them through a different procedural vehicle.

They didn’t ask the insurers to defend them in the defamation case and I don’t think insurance is legally obligated to pay anything since it arises from litigation they initiated. So no. All signs point to their sugar daddy bailing them out once again.

@LawfulRiches Did you go to the Brian freedman school of winning? My clients would absolutely not consider this a win, especially since damages could still be owed, and they would be rightly pissed if I tried to tell them otherwise.
