Am I missing something ?
Midday Flow
Looking at yesterday's flow, the top two names excluding the MAG7 were $INTC and $MRVL, both of which are very green today. The $MRVL flow continued today, with more put sales than call buying.
Yesterday I mentioned that those $PENG calls would be more interesting on a dip rather than chasing them, and today we got a very nice dip along with some call buyers who have put in the low of the day so far.
The $WMT flow was interesting today, as $WMT seems to be putting in a low.
Midday Flow
I left the MAG7 in today just because of the amount of flow, especially with the $GOOGL offering. There were some interesting put sales today in $GOOGL. I wrote some thoughts on that, which I’ll post a bit later.
It was nice to see $STM up over 14% today after noting more flow yesterday. The flow in $STM continues today after it broke out to all time highs. It doesn’t look like it wants to slow down.
$OKLO had some decent flow today and is breaking out nicely on the daily, so as long as we close around here, we should see some continuation. $INTC has had some good flow after dropping almost 20% from its highs a few days ago. I’m not going to try to buy into weakness on this when so much other stuff is working, but if it starts to turn positive, it’s something to keep an eye on.
Another interesting one was the $PENG buying I mentioned earlier. That’s not something I want to chase here, though. I’d prefer to buy a dip.
I quote tweet the previous Midday Flow posts so it’s easier to look back and see which names are getting repeat buying over multiple days.
Been looking more into the quantum companies receiving government funding.
Out of $IBM, $GFS, $INFQ, $RGTI, and Quantinuum, the ones that stand out most to me are $IBM and its Anderon subsidiary, and, to a lesser extent, $INFQ and $HON (Quantinuum).
I’ll post more about $IBM and $HON in a bit.
$INTC and $MRVL were the top two names in the database that saw the most flow yesterday, excluding the MAG7.
$INTC up 6% premarket
$MRVL up 10% premarket
Was tempted to buy $INTC yesterday but ultimately decided to wait.

$IBM just did something most people haven't fully processed yet.
Anderon isn't just a quantum lab. It's a foundry. A pure-play, open-access, 300-millimeter quantum chip fab built specifically to manufacture for the entire industry, not just IBM.
Sound familiar? It should.
This is exactly how $TSMC was set up. TSMC doesn't compete with its customers. It manufactures for them. $AMD, $AAPL, $NVDA all design chips and send them to TSMC to be built. That model made TSMC the most strategically valuable company in semiconductors.
IBM is running the same play in quantum.
Quantinuum ($HON spin-off), $RGTI , Atom Computing.. these companies now have somewhere to actually build serious chips at scale. Before Anderon, your options were an academic cleanroom or IBM's own internal fab. Neither works at production scale.
The 300mm piece matters more than people realize. 300mm produces device output 30x faster than 200mm fabs. Not 30% faster. 30 times. That's the iteration speed that collapses the R&D timeline from decades to years.
$1B from the U.S. government. $1B matched by IBM. Albany, New York. America's first purpose-built quantum foundry.
IBM already has 90+ quantum systems deployed globally, more than every other company combined. Anderon is how they monetize everyone else building the next 90.
The market hasn’t priced any of this in yet.
$GOOGL is up over 110% from this tweet a little less than a year ago. Back when I posted it, there was a lot of negative sentiment around $GOOG.
I remember there was that supposed internal leak of Larry Page saying, “I am willing to go bankrupt rather than lose this AI race.” Google has some very smart people who know what they’re doing, arguably more so than a lot of these other big tech companies.
The reason I’m bringing this tweet up again is because of the fear and top calling from people due to the offering they’re doing. I don’t really have an opinion on $GOOGL in the short term, but I’m still a believer that, long term, Google will continue to be a leader and a massive winner in AI.
Today there were some nice put sales in the 360P for 9/18. That said, I wouldn’t be in a rush to buy short term calls on this when so many other things are working.

Not surprised to see software so bid today after all the flow I mentioned on Friday. The software flow continues today.
A couple of interesting ones are $HON with Quantinuum IPOing this week. I briefly mentioned it over the weekend on here, but I thought $INFQ was an interesting long into the IPO, and it's up nicely today.
I still think $STM is interesting with the SpaceX IPO coming up and the recent price hike they announced.
I’m keeping some runners.
We've broken above $STM's all time highs that were set during the dot com bubble. If we close here or higher, that would be perfect.

$STM new all time highs !
Posted about this one a few times over the past week.
Wrote this yesterday in the Midday Flow tweet:
