My phone broke and needs to be repaired, but I don’t have the money to fix it 💔 My story hasn’t been reaching people for a while, so I borrowed my friend’s phone just to keep sharing my story and make my voice heard. Please support me with anything you can and repost my story 🤍
On a day like this, our lives changed forever. We lost so much, leaving behind memories, homes, and dreams that were never the same again. Since then, we have tried to keep going and hold onto hope despite all the pain. 😭😭😓😓🫂💔💔❤️🩹🖤https://t.co/PYg8divmeg
With my evening coffee from my tent tonight. ☕️
This is where I am now… sitting in a tent, drinking my coffee, while remembering the home and garden we once had.
We once had a home and a garden, and a friendly fire that kept us warm...
In winter, the fire had its own stories. The house was warm, and the garden was full of life. We would gather around the fire, warm our bodies, share our stories, and listen to the rain outside. Somehow, the sound of rain made everything feel warmer, closer, and more familiar.
We had a home that sheltered us, a garden that brought us joy, and a fire that brought us together on cold winter nights.
Today, nothing remains of those moments except photographs and memories...
The home is gone.
The garden is gone.
The fire has gone out.
But its warmth still lives inside our hearts.
Some homes are not just made of walls. They hold our souls, our laughter, our childhood, and our memories. And when they are destroyed, the longing remains standing among the ruins.
We will meet again, my home.
One day, we will return. 🤍
Wishing you all a peaceful and beautiful evening.

Every morning in Gaza, I start by searching for water, then bread, then basic necessities. This is our daily life now.
Today, my wife decided to cook Maqluba. She prepared everything quickly before the sun got too hot—inside the tent, the heat is unbearable. But the lighter didn't work.
I took it to get repaired, but they told me the flint was missing, there are no flints left in the market, and repairing it would cost over $7. I thought about buying a new one, but there are simply no lighters available anywhere.
I spent two and a half hours asking around. Neighbor to neighbor: "I had one, but I gave it to so-and-so," and so-and-so couldn't remember who he passed it to. Endless phone calls and searching.
Two and a half hours just to strike a spark and cook a meal for my family.
These are the details the world doesn't see when they hear "Gaza." The world sees numbers and destruction—not the human being who spends hours looking for a single lighter to feed his children.
We don't just need to rebuild houses. We need life itself back. A life where we don't have to count every drop of water, every loaf of bread, and every single spark.
To the Peace Council and everyone talking about the "future of Gaza": You speak of us as a political file, while we live it in every single detail of our day—even in a detail as small as a lighter.
