@carolinergreene If you’ve never read “The War of Art” by Steven Pressfield or “Art & Fear,” cannot recommend enough. Genuinely good books for folks who struggle with their art or have the desire to begin. ❤️
This is beautifully kind, BUT ALSO, medicine 👏🏼should 👏🏼be👏🏼 more👏🏼 affordable 👏🏼 so 👏🏼strangers 👏🏼 don’t 👏🏼 have 👏🏼 to 👏🏼 rely 👏🏼 on random acts of kindness 👏🏼 to survive 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
“OKAY, I just saw the most amazing thing today. I was waiting for my prescription at Walgreens, and I noticed this man is picking up his medicines. He was asking how much they are, and starting to get nervous about the price. The total was $170 and the pharmacist asked if he would rather only get one month of his medicines instead of three.

@drewholcomb Honestly, didn’t know a thing about y’all until my band in college opened for you guys one time in Clinton, MS 😂 The lineup was my band (Chasing Edom), Penny & Sparrow, Judah & the Lion, & then your band Drew. We chatted for like 5 seconds but y’all seemed very sincere ❤️
What the absolute fuck.
Tennessee legislature has expelled Justin Jones for protesting, but did NOT expel Gloria Johnson who was protesting alongside him.
I’ll let you figure out what the difference between the two is here…
Very saddened by the expulsion of #TheTennesseeThree today…. Peaceful protest is the foundation of a true democracy. The TN GOP has intentionally silenced the voices of 200,000 voters. But we will keep showing up, we will keep voting & we will keep making our voices heard 💙
One time at an open mic, this guy said “thanks for coming out tonight, it really means a lot to me,” as if we all showed up to hear him rip off Andy McKee.
He has a darkness in him but he’s doing his best i think.. this face is like when im trying to listen to someone talk but i start wondering if I was a good person in high school
After World War II, General Eisenhower ordered photographs and evidence of the horrific conditions and mass deaths of prisoners in Nazi concentration camps
As he recognized the significance of these events and their potential for future denial or minimization, he wanted the victims' suffering to be remembered
