Hello ive been on Roblox for nearly 10 years and ive spent thousands of dollars on the game. Recently my account was compromised and they spent nearly 100 dollars on Robux and then transferred it to different accounts. The first thing i did when i saw this was call roblox's support phone number. That phone number then sent me to there support form which sent me to there AI Support bot. The support bot told me i should go through my bank inorder to get this issue fixed. I originally received an appeal but a few days later they revoked it without notice nor warning. Im practically begging them to just give me a fair chance to fix things. Its incredibly frustrating. Past all of the money and time i spent i grew up on roblox with my friends and family and my account is a very precious treasure to me.

My appeal was revoked without warning for something that wasnt even my fault. Frankly im terrified of loosing my account. Ive been a loyal Roblox user for years and i play nearly everyday. I don't know what to do and i just need someone to help me understand this is a huge misunderstanding. I'll pay the money back if thats what i need to do. If anyone can put me in contact with someone to fix this or has some advice to give me please tell me.

Id like to note that my ban appeal was on July 20th. My accounts banned for one of the many transactions that happened on the 17th.

Seriously im really scared of loosing my account if ANYONE can help me out or get me in contact with a moderator please let me know.

Seems like Roblox appeal teams don't take the time to investigate their reviews. TLDR of a previous post: my account was hacked. Roblox told me to contact my bank. Banned for contacting my bank. They haven't taken a serious consideration into any of my appeals. There doesn't seem to be any accountability with there AI robots giving blatantly wrong information. My appeal requests have been ignored by copy-and-paste responses. I even received one appeal request that was met with a 'we're unable to give you any more information' before i even was able to put anything. I feel cheated, and i encourage others not to use Roblox support if their accounts are hacked. Its insane how whoever hacked my account did less damage to me than Roblox themselves. RIP Dr_Dapper5. The only way im getting my account undeleted is by a miracle.

@kyexyz @jadennaut @Roblox_RTC Yep🥲. I understand that mistakes happen, as well as it's a learning process for Roblox. I honestly don't mind them using AI; the issue is that there is no reliable fallback.

Im actually fairly certain if you go to the robot and do this right now, it will still say this. I'd also like to add that when I originally talked to billing, I brought this up and told the person that I contacted my bank because of the support bot. He didn't bother responding, so i figured it was fine.

All of my relevant information is in my original post. Tldr i was actually appealed once, then it was taken away a couple of days later. It's important to note that the person who got into my account did multiple transactions. I believe this is a mistake by the billing department, as my offense date is AFTER my original appeal that got accepted. Roblox support has not been able to communicate with me about what exactly happened for them to revoke it during that time. I am more than willing to pay the missing balance. Im hoping im the first and last person to be affected by the miscommunication from the AI robot. Even more, I want my account back.

@mimiimieko Some advice if they spent Robux. DO NOT CONTACT YOUR BANK, DESPITE WHAT ROBLOX AI SAYS. They will delete your account and refuse to help you.

@meerrmik @Roblox_RTC I just want someone to help me. In some of my emails i even told them id pay the 100 dollars back to get this fixed. They genuinely just don't care. You wanna speak to someone higher up on the food chain? They just pretend like you didn't even say nothing 😭.

Dude. my account got hacked and i went to Roblox support. Their AI robot told me to contact the bank. You know how they responded to that? They deleted my account and now refuse to help me. 10 years and thousands of dollars gone because i decided to try and minimize damage as a victim of fraud.

Yep, Roblox's support team doesn't really care to give users any information. I had my account compromised first thing I did was call them, which (knowing Roblox) sent me to their AI robot, which told me to refund the purchases the hacker made to my bank. They have since deleted my account and refuse to help me.

From my experience, they will just give you a copy-and-paste message anyway. I've had emails with support where they say they can't help me before they even let me email them back. I had one support request where some of it was in Spanish 😭. Roblox support really just seems like luck

You have 30 days before you lose it forever. Frankly, I don't think any of these bans are going to stick, as that's really bad PR for Roblox. But I honestly wouldn't trust the appeal team to help you out from my own personal experience. Still definitely send out an appeal, but don't put more than one in because it resets your spot in the queue (that includes follow-ups to the original message)

@lucasmk2b @Roblox_RTC Yeah i saw this. The thing is this was before the recent update. The issue is i only have so much time before my account is deleted. The issue is that i did chargebacks with my bank and now roblox has way to much on there plate to help a pleb like me out.
