Kalshi & Polymarket should just be honest — “we’re trying to & will make a crap ton of money”.

The shoddy attempts at using a moral reason to justify their actions are annoying & obviously deceitful. Like:
- “hey it’s going to happen anyway” or
- “we’re a little better than casinos” or
- “it’s prediction markets, not gambling”
- “we put an insider trading is bad footnote”

They are mobilizing talent, building in the AI age, well capitalized, first mover, VC darling, Trump Jr on their board, and an excellent business… at the risk of being a top 10 damaging product of modern history.

They’ll eclipse MGM & Caesars by 2030.
