Because the industry isn’t designed for modern day movies to continuously have $200-$400 million budgets along with advertising campaigns doubling their break even targets while solely banking on nostalgia that doesn’t even belong to their target audiences.
I just don't get it. Almost everyone who watched Masters of the Universe enjoyed the movie. Many people went to see it several times. Word of mouth is great. So how can this still be considered a bomb?
