@JohnWilliamJam4 The irony! New York's constitution has not bill of rights! You oppose the federal constitution on these grounds but admire your own for the same! You claim yours doesn't need it because the individual rights are written into the constitution itself! Same for federal?#Weird #Think

While there are still matters around the Constitution that have yet to been discussed, the most important one is the lack of a bill of rights. This is done purposely, and is the same as many state constitution. #Constitution #Federalist84

@JohnWilliamJam4 Defining your freedoms would limit them! There are safeguards written into the Constitutions such as the separation of powers and checks and balances.
