Hello, I just submitted an account appeal for a ban back in 2017 for games of chance, they got back and said my account is not banned, only muted but this shows otherwise. Please help?

It seems to be that it is an automatic email actually. I sent another appeal and immediately got a reply with same thing stating i don’t have a ban but just a mute... can’t login to either rs3 or osrs, 800+ hours on my accounts locked
