@RazorpayCare My issue hasn’t still been resolved. The team has deactivated my personal MID upon my request but hasn’t deactivated the unknown account linked to my email ID, which I have asked the executive to look into do r several weeks!!!!

I’ve been contacting @Razorpay ‘s support team for the past few weeks and instead of resolving my issue, they just get back to me with what I addressed. One executive even using a rather flighty tone at me. I’ve been just going around in a loop. @harshilmathur

@NewYorker I’ve been charged for The yearly subscription even though I had CANCELED the subscription during my trial period of three months. The website’s UX is SO terrible. I would recommend everyone to be careful when you take the subscription. @NewYorker help me!!!

@BlueDart_ @BlueDartCares @OnlyIndia @MyNykaa the pick-up executive has picked up the wrong item and has shipped it. Instead of my ONLY clothing package, he has picked up my Nykaa item. When I asked him if it’s the right item that I had given, he lied. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
