@veshremy Dumbest fucking change ever, no visibility into why this happens to people who are making real content or how to fix it

I'm looking for ONE person to help build out a new UGC branch of Viewmax with me.

The last person I scaled UGC with has been making $20 to 30k a month for the past six months straight. Now I want to do it again with someone new.

You will get:

- Base salary + paid per view
- Direct mentorship from me
- The skill of making content that converts to revenue.

UGC is by far one of the best ways to make money right now. We've spent the last six months proving it with Viewmax and currently have an active team of 60 posting daily.

This role is for you if you are:

- Great on camera, ideally with past content experience
- Incredibly hungry and willing to obsess over this. This is not a 9-5

It will just be us and an editor working together every day.

DM me with your past content experience + why you would be a good fit.

Editors: Were building one of the biggest UGC operations in software for Viewmax.

I'm looking for ONE killer editor to join the team:

- $2,000/mo or $65 per video base
- Bonus on videos that perform well
- Your work will get millions of views and convert to real sales. Its extremely valuable to learn how to edit in a way that sells products
- We will personally turn you into one of the best short-form editors on the platform for UGC

This is not about fancy motion graphics and effects, its about understanding viewer psychology and making our sales proposition extremely clear and appealing.

Most editors get stuck editing the same videos on auto pilot forever without learning a high leverage skillset. Here the better you get the more you make.

Inauthentic content is the worst change YouTube has made in a while.

1) It's killing channels that are actually making amazing content (even with zero AI)
2) It's pushing everyone away from wanting to make YouTube videos, so they are migrating to other platform programs
3) The rule & enforcement is so vague that nobody knows how to actually make monetizable content

It really feels like they didn't mean to turn the sensitivity up this high and don't know what this change has caused. Hope there is some clarity on it soon.
